Tamagao kake gohan ("TKG") is a simple and popular Japanese dish: just crack a raw egg onto a bowl of warm rice and add soy sauce/other condiments to taste. Try TKG with various locally made soy sauces and different types of eggs at the Aomori Tamago Kake Gohan Matsuri.
